In this clause. a) relevant Employees means the Employees who may be affected by a change referred to in clause 9.1. b) relevant union/s means any other party noted as being covered by the Agreement in the decision of the Fair Work Commission to approve the Agreement. c) significant impact includes: (i) termination of employment; (ii) major changes in the size, composition or operation of ▇▇▇▇▇ Street’s workforce or skills required of Employees; (iii) the elimination or diminution of a job; (iv) the alteration of hours of work for the program; (v) the need for retraining or relocation to another site or to another workplace; or (vi) the restructuring of jobs.
