In consideration of payment of the License Fee, evidenced by the Receipt, Quick Heal grants You, a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use of the Software during the License Period (as stated in your invoice) an Antivirus security solution for Linux, according to the technical requirements described in the User Manual and which is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Quick Heal reserves all rights not expressly granted, and retains title and ownership of the Software. This Software and the accompanying written materials are the property of Quick Heal and are copyrighted.
