Common use of Inactive Status Clause in Contracts

Inactive Status. Client's inability to use a Session due to his/her disability, injury, or illness will not relieve Client from any obligations under this Agreement, except to the extent of (i) Client's right to cancel or terminate this Agreement as provided in Section 7 below, and (ii) Client's right to elect inactive status as follows:
