Common use of Inactive Term Clause in Contracts

Inactive Term. If Client becomes unable to use the Sessions due to disability, injury, or illness for a period exceeding 3 months, then Client may elect inactive status for a minimum period of 3 consecutive months up to a maximum period of 6 consecutive months. Client's disability, injury, or illness must be confirmed in writing by a physician.
