Common use of Inactivity Fee Clause in Contracts

Inactivity Fee. Inactive Accounts, as defined above under clause 10.1 of this Agreement, will be charged an administrative fee of US $10.00 or the equivalent value in your account base currency every month, until account activity resumes.
