However, within 90 days thereafter the remaining Partners may elect to reconstitute the Limited Partnership prior to application of the liquidation provisions of Section 8.2. B. Upon the Incapacity of a General Partner, the Person who is its legal representative shall have all the rights of a General Partner for the purpose of settling or managing its estate and such power as the Incapacitated General Partner possessed to assign all or any part of its Interest and to join with such assignee in satisfying conditions precedent to such assignee becoming a Substituted Partner.
