Common use of Incarceration Clause in Contracts

Incarceration. Upon notification, an employee who must serve a period of incarceration as a result of a conviction arising from the operation or use of a motor vehicle, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay of up to six (6) months in order to serve the period of incarceration. Such period of leave will not be credited towards accumulation of service.
