Common use of Incarceration Clause in Contracts

Incarceration. (a) For SNBC SNP Enrollees’ Medicaid benefits, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, § 256B.055, subd. 14, enrollment for a Medical Assistance Incarcerated Enrollee will end at the end of the month in which the Enrollee is Incarcerated. Provision of Covered Services ends when the Enrollee is Incarcerated. (b) For SNBC Non-SNP Enrollees, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, § 256B.055, subd. 14, enrollment for a Medical Assistance Incarcerated Enrollee will end at the end of the month in which the Enrollee is Incarcerated. Provision of Covered Services ends when the Enrollee is Incarcerated. (c) Incarcerated individuals admitted to a medical institution must apply for and be determined eligible for Medical Assistance inpatient services, and if eligible will be covered on a fee-for-service basis.
