Common use of INCENTIVE AMOUNTS Clause in Contracts

INCENTIVE AMOUNTS. All incentives are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Program can be closed at any time with no advance notice. Incentive amounts are subject to change; current incentive levels are available from Program staff. The Improvement Incentive will only be paid after successful completion as well as final approval by quality assurance and/or quality control of the Program.
