Incentive Award Program. The Department of General Services, Facilities and Maintenance Division (FMD), has established an incentive award program to encourage employees to work safely, efficiently, and to reduce sick leave usage. All permanent, full-time employees in FMD are eligible to participate in the program. The Department agrees to provide up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in total for funding of individual and group awards for this program but is not obligated to expend the entire amount. The management of FMD has developed the criteria for granting the awards. The State reserves the right to cancel this program if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the State.
