Indicate whether there are other communities competing for this project, and if so, which communities, and what incentives are being offered by these communities. Also, specifically address the role the incentive will play in creating Miami-Dade County jobs. This statement should include an analysis of the impact of any incentive awards granted on the viability of the project and the probability that the project will occur in Miami-Dade County if such incentive awards are granted to the applicant, taking into account the expected long-term commitment of the applicant to economic growth and employment in Miami-Dade County.
