Inception and conclusion of service. Video Monitoring shall be provided by JCI if this Agreement includes a charge for Video Monitoring Services. If such Video Monitoring Service is purchased, Video Monitoring Services will begin when the Video System is installed and operational, and when the necessary communications connection is completed. No obligation for the provision of this Video Monitoring Service will commence until these requirements are met.
