Incident Report. SUBRECIPIENT will submit an Incident Report for certain events by email to the Municipal Project Contact as soon as possible after they occur. The SUBRECIPIENT must report the following: a. Developments that have a significant impact on SUBRECIPIENT’S activities under this SubGrant. b. Changes to activity specifications outlined above. c. Other problems, delays, or adverse conditions which materially impair the SUBRECIPIENT’S ability to accomplish the specifications of work to be completed in the SubGrant agreement or which may require the Municipality to respond to questions from the press or public.
