Common use of Incident Report Clause in Contracts

Incident Report. Within 10 days of receipt of notice of the occurrence of any complaints or reports of violations of the law that have occurred on the Premises and that are significant in nature and that have a material effect on the operations of the Premises, Developer or Third-Party Operator shall notify the City’s Golf Manager of such occurrence or report. Developer or Third-Party Operator shall maintain for review by the City upon reasonable notice, information as reasonably required by the City to satisfy the City’s responsibilities, including information regarding injuries and unusual incidents on the Premises and regarding security measures and safety programs (including recommendations for changes for such measures) on the Premises.
