Incidental and Peripheral Tasks. 5.1.1 The employer may direct an employee to carry out any duties which are within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training consistent with the skill levels contained in this Agreement, provided that such duties are not designed to promote ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. 5.1.2 The employer may direct an employee to carry out any duties relevant to the employee’s primary tasks, and use whatever tools and equipment are necessary, provided the employee has been trained in the use of the relevant tools and equipment and holds relevant licences and/or certificates where applicable. 5.1.3 Any directions issued by the employer pursuant to subclauses 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 must be consistent with the employer's responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working environment, and any employee who breaches this understanding will place their employment at risk. 5.1.4 This clause must be read in conjunction with clause 6.11 and any employee may be allocated reasonable duties under the concept of work to finish. 5.1.5 In order to ensure the company is able to fulfil delivery commitments, Supervisors may perform tasks and duties normally carried out by employees covered by this agreement subject to the following: (a) Any grievances arising from the application of this clause are to be processed through the normal dispute and grievance settling procedure; and (b) Work will continue without disruption until the matter is resolved.
