Included Products. In connection with the Development, Manufacture and Commercialization in the United States of each and any Included Product by the Company or any Subsidiary, the Company or such Subsidiary shall comply with all applicable Product Registrations, Marketing Authorizations, and Permits, except as could not individually or in the aggregate reasonably be expected to result in a material adverse effect on the Development, Manufacture or Commercialization in the United States of each and any Included Product.
