Common use of Inclusion in Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Inclusion in Subcontracts. CONTRACTOR agrees to require all subcontractors and any other entity or person who is involved in providing services under this Agreement to comply with the Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance requirements set forth in this Paragraph 7.
