Common use of Inclusion in Test Clause in Contracts

Inclusion in Test. OIC provides no assurance that any alleged errors or discrepancies in the Test that are identified by Licensee in such Input will be corrected; provided, however, that to the extent that Licensee provides any such Input that is incorporated into the Test, such Input shall also be deemed to be included in the Test and therefore governed by this CTLA, and pursuant to Sections 3.1, all Licensees are entitled to a grant of rights in that Test as modified. For purposes of clarification, but without limitation, nothing in this Section 7.3 shall be construed to require Licensee to provide any Input.
