Inclusion of Additional Terms and Conditions. 1. In accordance with 2 CFR § 200.333 the CAR shall maintain records pertaining to the cooperative for a minimum of three (3) years following submission of the final financial report unless one or more of the conditions described in the regulation applies. The CAR shall provide access to records relating to cleanups supported with Cleanup cooperative agreement funds to authorized representatives of the Federal government as required by 2 CFR § 200.336. 2. The CAR has an ongoing obligation to advise EPA if it is assessed any penalties resulting from environmental non-compliance at the site(s) subject to this agreement.
