Inclusion of Other Holders in Demand Registration. If the Company, officers or directors of the Company or any other holders of Common Stock or other securities other than Registrable Securities (collectively, “Other Stockholders”), request inclusion in such Registration, the Company may, upon obtaining the prior written consent of Holders of at least 70% of the Registrable Securities proposed to be included in such Registration, offer to any of such Other Stockholders (including for its own account) the right to include securities held by such Other Stockholders in the underwriting and may condition such offer on the acceptance by such persons of the terms of this Section 6.
