Common use of Incollects Clause in Contracts

Incollects. GTE provide the rated record receives from the CMDS network, or which GTE records (non-intercompany), to GLOBALEYES for billing to end- users. GTE settle with the earning company, and (B&C) fee for end-user billing of the incollects. The credit will be per billed message. Any additional message processing fees associated with incollect messages that are incurred by GTE be billed to GLOBALEYES on the monthly statement.
