Common use of Incomplete or Insufficient Instructions Clause in Contracts

Incomplete or Insufficient Instructions. The Custodian may act on Instructions where the Custodian believes the Instruction contains sufficient information to enable it to act and has emanated from an Authorised Representative (and, if the Instruction has been submitted via SFTS, it has emanated from an Authorised E-mail Address). The Custodian may decide not to act on an Instruction where it doubts its contents, authorisation, origination or compliance with any security procedures.
