Incomplete Submittals. Submittal of substantial development permits, conditional use permits, variances, rescissions and revisions is complete when all of the documents required pursuant to regulation 8.8(3) and regulation 8.8(4) have been received by Ecology. If Ecology determines that the submittal does not contain all of the documents and information required by this section, Ecology shall identify the deficiencies and so notify the City and the applicant in writing. Ecology will not act on conditional use permit or variance submittal until the material requested in writing is submitted to Ecology.
Incomplete Submittals. Owner may return incomplete Submittals with no action taken. The Construction Manager shall have no claim for any damages or for an extension of time due to delay in the Work resulting from the proper rejection of materials or from the proper rejection, correction, and resubmittal of Shop Drawings, Samples and Product Data, or from the untimely submission thereof.
Incomplete Submittals. Any submission, which in Architect’s opinion is incomplete, contains errors, or has been checked superficially will be returned unreviewed by the Architect for resubmission by the Contractor.
Incomplete Submittals. .1 The Contract Administrator will return the entire submittal for the Contractor’s revision if preliminary review deems it incomplete. .2 Incomplete Shop Drawing information will be considered as stipulated deductions for the purposes of progress payment certificates. .3 When any of the following are missing, the submittal will be deemed incomplete: .1 Contractor’s review stamp completed and signed. .2 Transmittal of Contractor’s submittal form completed and signed. .3 Insufficient number of copies. .4 All requested information is not provided. .5 Submittals missing professional engineer’s seal and signature, where it is required. .4 The submittal will be deemed incomplete if unusual high number of errors are identified on the submittal, making it difficult to proceed with the review.
Incomplete Submittals. Any submission, which in CM or Architect’s opinion is incomplete, contains errors, or has been checked superficially, will be returned not reviewed by the Architect for resubmission by Trade Contractor or any Subcontractor. The Trade Contractor shall be responsible for any related delays and shall not be the basis for any Claim.

  • Incomplete Works In the event the Contractor fails to complete the Works in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule, including any Time Extension granted under this Agreement, the Contractor shall endeavour to complete the balance work expeditiously and shall pay Damages to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10.3 (ii) for delay of each day until the Works are completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Recovery of Damages under this Clause shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Authority under this Agreement including the right to termination under Clause 23.1.

  • Incomplete IPO If the Issuer does not complete its IPO and has become a reporting issuer in one or more jurisdictions because it has obtained a receipt for its IPO prospectus, this Agreement will remain in effect until the securities regulators in those jurisdictions order that the Issuer has ceased to be a reporting issuer.

  • Complete Information The Disclosure Information (as defined in Section 11.16) provided by WTC for inclusion in the Prospectus and the Preliminary Prospectus is true and accurate in all material respects. As of the Preliminary Prospectus Date and the Prospectus Date (a) there are no legal proceedings pending or known to be contemplated by governmental authorities against WTC or against any property of WTC, that would be material to the Noteholders, (b) WTC is not affiliated with any of the Affiliation Parties, and (c) there is no business relationship, agreement, arrangement, transaction or understanding between the Trustee and any of the Affiliation Parties that is entered into outside the ordinary course of business or is on terms other than would be obtained in an arm’s length transaction with an unrelated third party, apart from this transaction, that currently exists or that existed during the past two years and that is material to an investor’s understanding of the Notes.

  • Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.

  • Complete Work without Extra Cost Except to the extent otherwise specifically stated in this contract, the Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the City, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform the Work.
