Incorporated Definitions and other Provisions Clause Samples
The "Incorporated Definitions and other Provisions" clause serves to formally include definitions and other referenced terms or provisions from related documents into the current agreement. This means that any terms defined elsewhere, such as in a master agreement, annex, or schedule, are automatically considered part of this contract and carry the same meaning unless specifically modified. By doing so, the clause ensures consistency and clarity across multiple documents, reducing the risk of conflicting interpretations and streamlining the drafting process.
