Incorporated Products Sample Clauses

The Incorporated Products clause defines which external products, components, or materials are included as part of the goods or services provided under the agreement. It typically specifies that certain third-party items, such as software modules, hardware parts, or licensed content, are integrated into the deliverables and may be subject to their own terms and conditions. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the inclusion of these external elements, clarifying rights, responsibilities, and potential limitations associated with their use.
