In the event of any conflict among these documents, the following order of precedence shall apply: 1. Any Contract amendment(s), in reverse chronological order; then 2. this Contract itself; then 3. the Invitation for Bids; then 4. the Contractor’s Bid Form; then 5. the Contractor's standard agreement terms and conditions (which may or may not have been submitted as part of the Contractor's bid).
