Common use of Incorporation into Contract Clause in Contracts

Incorporation into Contract. Each work authorization shall be signed by both Parties and become a part of the Contract. No work authorization will waive the CRRMA's or the Engineer's responsibilities and obligations established in the Contract. The Engineer shall promptly notify the CRRMA of any event that will affect completion of the work authorization.
