Common use of Incorporation into Contract Clause in Contracts

Incorporation into Contract. Upon approval, the final plans, drawings and specifications associated with any alterations and Capital Investments and Fixed Improvements to the Premises shall be deemed to be a part of this Contract. All alterations and Capital Investments and Fixed Improvements done by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract shall be consistent with the plans, drawings, and specifications approved by the Contracting Officer for this Contract.
