Common use of Incorporation of Program Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Program. The Participant agrees to participate in the Program (as it may be amended from time to time) in accordance with its provisions. The terms and conditions of the Program (as it may be amended from time to time) are incorporated into this Agreement in their entirety. The terms and conditions of the Insurance Contract are incorporated into this Agreement in their entirety and the Program shall be subject to the terms of the Insurance Contract in all respects.
