Common use of Incorrect Information Clause in Contracts

Incorrect Information. In the event any of the information provided to CITY LOOKS by the FRANCHISEE pursuant to this Article 21 is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete, then the FRANCHISEE will pay for all costs and expenses incurred by CITY LOOKS in revising the store layouts and plans prepared by CITY LOOKS for the Franchised Location.
