Common use of Increase in Cost of Work Clause in Contracts

Increase in Cost of Work. If the Cost of the Work is increased by Change Order, Owner shall pay Construction Manager the aggregate net cost directly paid by Construction Manager to subcontractors or suppliers for the performance of the Work and Construction Manager shall receive Overhead and Fee per the percentage set forth in the GMP Amendment, and an amount for any increased bond and insurance costs directly associated therewith.

Increase in Cost of Work. If the Cost of the Work is increased by Change Orderchange order, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the aggregate net cost directly paid by the Construction Manager to subcontractors or suppliers for the performance of the Work and the Construction Manager shall receive Overhead and Fee per the Profit on such amount, as a percentage as set forth in the Project Specific Requirements in the GMP AmendmentAgreement, and an amount for any increased bond and insurance costs directly associated therewith.
