Common use of Increase in Coverage Clause in Contracts

Increase in Coverage. Landlord reserves the right to require at any time that the required public liability and property damage insurance minimum coverage be increased in accordance with standard County of San Mateo Risk Management practice in effect at the time the increase is required.
