Common use of Increase in Premiums Clause in Contracts

Increase in Premiums. Tenant shall not permit any operation or activity to be conducted, or storage or use of any volatile or any other materials, on or about the Demised Premises that would cause suspension or cancellation of any fire and extended coverage insurance policy carried by Landlord, or increase the premiums therefor, without the prior written consent of Landlord. If Tenant's use and occupancy of the Demised Premises causes an increase in the premiums for any fire and extended coverage insurance policy carried by Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as additional rental, the amount of the increase within ten days after demand and presentation by Landlord of written evidence of the increase.
