Section 2.1.2 is amended by replacing the words “up to an aggregate amount not exceeding $75,000,000 (resulting in a maximum Revolving Commitment of $175,000,000)” in the first sentence with the words “up to an aggregate amount not exceeding $75,000,000 (resulting in a maximum Revolving Commitment of $275,000,000)”.
