Increase in the Fee Sample Clauses

The 'Increase in the Fee' clause establishes the conditions under which the fees payable under an agreement may be raised. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances that justify a fee increase, such as changes in scope, inflation adjustments, or additional services requested by the client. It may also specify the process for notifying the other party of the increase and any limitations or caps on how much the fee can be raised. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear mechanism for adjusting compensation, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand when and how fees may change during the contract term.
