Common use of Increases in Rates Clause in Contracts

Increases in Rates. The Licensee shall not do, or permit to be done upon or within the Licensed Premises any act, occurrence, omission or thing which shall cause any rate of Town insurance upon the Licensed Premises or any part thereof to be increased or cause any insurance policy to be cancelled. If any such rate of Town insurance shall be increased as aforesaid, the Licensee shall pay to the Town the amount of the increase on demand. If any insurance policy upon the Licensed Premises or any part thereof is cancelled or threatened to be cancelled by reason of or any act, occurrence, omission or thing by the Licensee, the Licensee shall forthwith advise the Town and remedy or rectify such act, occurrence, omission or thing, as required.

Increases in Rates. If any such rate of Town insurance shall be increased as aforesaid, the Licensee shall pay to the Town the amount of the increase on demand. If any insurance policy upon the Facility or the Licensed Premises or any part thereof is cancelled or threatened to be cancelled by reason of the use or occupancy by the Licensee or any act, occurrence, act or omission or thing by the Licenseeas aforesaid, the Licensee shall forthwith advise the Town and remedy or rectify such actuse, occurrenceoccupation, act or omission or thing, as requiredupon being requested to do so by the Town.
