Common use of Incremental Funding Clause in Contracts

Incremental Funding. This contract is incrementally funded in accordance with ------------------- the clause DFARS 252.232-7007. The Government will not be obligated to reimburse the contractor in excess of the amount allotted to the contract. Additionally allotments of funds will become available only by modification to this contract.
