Incremental Operating Costs Sample Clauses
The Incremental Operating Costs clause defines the additional expenses incurred as a direct result of a specific action, event, or change under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which costs qualify as incremental—such as extra labor, materials, or utility expenses that would not have arisen otherwise—and may specify how these costs are calculated or reimbursed. Its core function is to ensure that parties are fairly compensated for unforeseen or additional operational expenses, thereby allocating financial responsibility and preventing disputes over cost recovery.
