Incurrence of Liens. So long as any Debentures are outstanding, the Company shall not, directly or indirectly, allow or suffer to exist any Lien, other than Permitted Liens (as defined in the Debentures), upon any property or assets (including accounts and contract rights) owned by the Company or any Subsidiary.
