Common use of Indebtedness Defined Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness Defined. Indebtedness" means all indebtedness and other obligations of Borrowers to Lender under the Loan Agreement, the Note, and all other instruments, agreements and documents executed by any Borrower pursuant to the Loan Agreement (collectively, the “Credit Documents”).
