Each of Landlord and Tenant hereby represents and warrants that the only real estate brokers involved in the negotiation and execution of this Lease are the Brokers and that no other party is entitled, as a result of its actions, to a commission or other fee resulting from the execution of this Lease. Each of Landlord and Tenant shall indemnify the other from any and all liability for the breach of this representation and warranty on its part and shall pay any compensation to any other broker or person who may be entitled thereto.
