Common use of Indemnification - General Clause in Contracts

Indemnification - General. The Corporation shall indemnify, and advance Expenses to, Indemnitee as provided in this Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as applicable law may thereafter from time to time permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Corporation Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, the Indemnitee as provided in this Agreement and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as applicable law may thereafter from time to time permit. The rights of the Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Corporation Company shall indemnify, and and, subject to Section 26 hereof, advance Expenses to, Indemnitee as provided in this Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as any amendment to or interpretation of applicable law may thereafter from time to time permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Corporation Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses to, Indemnitee (a) as specifically provided in this Agreement and (b) otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as applicable law may thereafter amended from time to time permittime; provided, however, that no change in applicable law shall have the effect of reducing the benefits available to Indemnitee hereunder based on applicable law as in effect on the date hereof. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence in this Section shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Corporation shall indemnify, and advance Expenses to, Indemnitee as provided in this Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as applicable law may thereafter from time to time permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not apply to any claims brought against the Indemnitee based on matters which antedate the effective date of this Agreement.

The Corporation shall indemnify, defend and advance Expenses to, Indemnitee as provided in this Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as applicable law may thereafter from time to time permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.
