Indemnification Not Exclusive, etc. The right of indemnification provided by this Article 8 shall not be exclusive of, limit or affect any other rights to which any such Covered Person may be entitled. Nothing contained in this Article 8 shall affect or limit any rights to indemnification to which personnel of the Trust, including the Trustees and officers, and other Persons may be entitled by contract, under law or otherwise, nor the power of the Trust to provide indemnity by contract which is different or additional to the right of indemnification provided herein or to purchase and maintain liability insurance on behalf of any such Person, whether or not the Trust would have the power to indemnify.
