Common use of Indemnification of Lessor Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Lessor. Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to Tenant, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the Real Property or any part thereof, and Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims for damages, no matter how caused, except for those caused by the sole negligence or sole unlawful conduct of Lessor.

Indemnification of Lessor. Indemnification of Lessor. Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to TenantLessee, or any other person, or to any the property, occurring on the Real Property demised Premises or any part thereof, and Tenant agrees unless due to indemnify and hold Lessor, or Lessor’s agents, contractors, or employees negligent acts or omissions for which Lessor harmless from any claims for damages, no matter how caused, except for those caused by the sole negligence or sole unlawful conduct of Lessorshall be liable.

Indemnification of Lessor. Indemnification of Lessor. To the extent of the law, Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to TenantLessee, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the Real Property demised premises or any part thereof, and Tenant . Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims for damages, no matter how caused, except for those caused by the sole negligence damages which arise in connection with any such occurrence. Said indemnification shall include indemnity from any costs or sole unlawful conduct of Lessorfee which Lessor may incur in defending said claim.

Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to TenantLessee, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the Real Property demised premises or any part thereof, (unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or it's agents or contractors) and Tenant Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims for damages, no matter how caused, except for those caused by the sole negligence or sole unlawful conduct of Lessor.

Indemnification of Lessor. Except in the case of Lessor’s own intention, recklessness or negligence, Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to TenantLessee, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the Real Property demised premises or any part thereof, and Tenant Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims claim for damages, no matter how caused, except for those caused by the sole negligence or sole unlawful conduct of Lessor.
