Common use of Indemnification of Note Trustee Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Note Trustee. The Note Trustee is not required to take any action as contemplated by clause 8.1, unless it has a satisfactory indemnity or protection from the CVR Noteholders against: (a) all actions, proceedings, claims and demands to which the Note Trustee may render itself liable by taking such Enforcement Action; and (b) all costs, charges, damages and expenses which the Note Trustee may thereby incur.
