Common use of Indemnification Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Indemnification Proceedings. (i) For the purposes of this Agreement, “Indemnifying Party” shall mean the party with an obligation to indemnify another party pursuant to Section 6.7(a) or Section 6.7(b) (as applicable) and “Indemnified Party” shall mean the party seeking indemnification pursuant to Section 6.7(a) or Section 6.7(b) (as applicable).
