Indenture for Sole Benefit of Parties and Debentureholders. Nothing in this Indenture or in the Debentures, expressed or implied, shall give or be construed to give to any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties hereto, any paying agent, any Debenture Registrar, any Authenticating Agent, the holders of Senior Indebtedness and the holders of the Debentures, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture, or under any covenant, condition or provision herein contained; all such covenants, conditions and provisions being, subject to the provisions of Articles Twelve and Fifteen, for the sole benefit of the parties hereto, any paying agent, any Debenture Registrar, any Authenticating Agent, the holders of Senior Indebtedness and the holders of the Debentures.

Upon the execution of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX, this Indenture shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith and the respective rights, limitations of rights, obligations, duties and immunities under this Indenture of the Trustee, the Company and the holders of Securities shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments and all the terms and conditions of any such supplemental indenture shall be and be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Indenture for any and all purposes.
