Independent Audit or Audit Based Attestation. UBCM will provide an independent audit opinion, or an attestation based on an independent audit and signed by a senior official designated in writing by UBCM, as to: a) the accuracy of the information submitted in the Financial Report Table; and b) that CCBF funding and Unspent Funds, and any interest earned thereon, were expended for the purposes intended.
