Common use of Independent Contract Consideration Clause in Contracts

Independent Contract Consideration. The Seller and Purchaser agree that the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) (the “Independent Contract Consideration”) has been bargained for and delivered by the Purchaser to the Seller as consideration for Seller’s execution and delivery of this Agreement and for the Purchaser’s rights hereunder, and is independent of any other consideration or payment provided for in this Agreement and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, is non-refundable in all events.
