INDEPENDENT STATUS OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an agent or representative of Moose Jaw. Nothing contained in this Contract creates any contractual relationship between Moose Jaw and any Subcontractor nor an employment relationship between Moose Jaw and any employee of the Contractor or any Subcontractor.
